Sir,i and my wife got marriad on the 16th december 2011 from church,I’m 63yre she’s 56yrs old.the priest have not yet registed our marriag with home affairs department todate 6/03/2012′on that note the priest did not ask or we did not tell him that we want to marria in community of property or a,n,c.if possible before he registe can we ask him to registe this marriag A.N.C. i want to know people who drunk on the street he must arrest for how many months/days if he have no money to pay it traffer. in my area police are used violence against those guys in marquard who dont have money to paid. is it serious if you unemploy to arrested against the law.

Anno, i suggest you send this same letter to the Minister of Police, Nati Mthetwa,(Hope i spelled his name correct) for his personal attention as you have a case now against the SAPS and that Woman, it appears that the Police might have wanted you to pay for registering a case.

I would like to know what to do in the following matter:
I have over the last few weeks been getting called a Black B***Kaffer by a white woman.. She has been constatntly calling me and threatening to come to my home with her friends and elliminate me on several occasions including this last Sunday she blatently told me that she was on her way to my house with her friends to kill me and children cause we are useless Kaffers that dont deserve to live… i went to the police staion with my concer to ask for assistance and was told that there was nothing they could do to help me!!! i found that very disturbing as i thought that was the service the police should offer to Serve and Protect am I right???? Well there was nothing and is nothing that they can do for me in this matter unless she does come to my home then only shold i call the police and they will come to my defence…. Utter rubbish is what i think!!! should i be dead before they assist… why can they not serve her with a warning or some kind of protection order??? I am a single working mother i cant afford to take a day off work to go to the court to lay charge i thought thats what police stations are there for to try and make our sometimes very difficult lives a little easier…I find it very dissapointing to know that there is nothing that SAP can do to protect me and my children from this clearly unstable woman….Thanx for nothing SAP

I have a question this is the first time I got arrested I was drunk in public and I was arrested for possesion of drugs here’s the thing I did not have any on me the arresting officers had it in their hands … I have a problem with alochol not drugs what are my rights they let me sleep it off and let me go..
