Minister Trevor Manuel? It is obvious that the most important people in our developing economy (i.e. investors) do not trust anyone else to weather the storm we are in. Alot can be read into the fact that the Hon. Minister allowed the markets to free fall before announcing he was availible for re- appointment. In my layman opinion it a huge F**K YOU to the ANC's NEC. In addition the Presidents statements that economic policy would not be changing is a bigger F**K YOU to COSATU and gang.
