A scene from Monty Python’s “The Life of Brian”, the story of a man who cannot seem to convince the blind faithful that he is not Jesus Christ. Any resemblance to the current South African situation is purely coincidental…..Happy Easter.

Thank you, Pierre. I love this movie. You ALMOST made it without reference to the big JC, uh I mean JZ.
Sarah thank you for acknowledging the “bigness” of the President of the ANC, Mr Jacob Zuma. Indeed, it doeznt get “bigger” than surviving the persecution by NPA, White-Controlled Media, So-called experts (even Contitutional law ones – julle ken een!), Third-Forces of McCarthy (Browse Mole Participants) and a number of racists (black & mostly white), yet the man survived that. The man is indeed quite a piece of something – something enormously skaars!
Rather apt and ironical – I also imagine PDV as some sort of constitutional guru with all his disciples posting here mindlessly parroting their master.
Happy Easter Prof. And to Sarah, Spuy and Oz.
If it’s not a personal question, is Lady Justice a virgin?
‘If it’s not a personal question’? How much more personal can you get?
Were you raped?
Well… at first.
The allegorial depiction of Lady Justice does not make any claims about this, according to my research. On the score of virginity; my feeling is: yes, she’s a virgin. She not been ‘touched’ by any man, therefore she’s not ‘attached’ emotionally, or rather she is detached emotionally from another and with sword, or reason that is, cuts through any bullshit arguments proffered by Zuma for example, or any other ‘bullshit-prone’ party. Zapiro and his cartoons seem to have captured the humanity of Lady justice rather well.
Zuma: “Lady Justice, avoid rape! Say yes!”
I think it is now acceptable to question her virginity. She is without doubt, fallen and compromised. See explanation below:
Women who had given in to seduction, (or were raped), living a life in sin, received the name “fallen women” during the Victorian period. Though both a recognizable and sizable segment of the female population, it took some time before the fallen woman could be accepted as an allowable subject in art.
It will obviously take some time for Her to rise up once again to stand proud and determinedly integral before the South African nation, and on behalf of South Africa, before the world.
Ozone, your comments seems like rantings of a raving lunatic
Garg lol
the last time I saw her was on the vegas strip, she looked rather tasty.
but i do have a question why is your lady Justice have one eye closed and the other open?
That is a good question why is Lady Justice’s one eye open and the other closed what is she looking out for???
